Message	It should be no problem, I towed a 77 Z with a V8 conversion from Stockton to Phoenix with my 03 Tacoma double cab on a tow dolly. If the truck is a V6 it is rated to pull 5,000 lbs. The only trick is going to be getting the car (if a Z32) on to the dolly.
